Terms of Service

What Floish is

• Floish collects job openings from public sources, mostly employers' own career pages and also a small number of public job sites, sorts them with automated tools including AI, and shows you the ones that fit your profile.
• Floish is not an employer, recruiter or agency. We are not involved in any application, interview or offer. Applying happens on the site the listing links to, usually the employer's own, never on Floish.
• Floish lets you keep a private record of what you applied to and how it went.

Your account

• You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. You must be at least 18 years old.
• Keep your sign-in email under your control; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give truthful information in your profile.
• An invite to Floish is personal to the email address it was sent to and can be used once.

Subscription and payment

• Floish is a paid subscription. There is one plan, Floish Access, billed monthly in advance and renewed automatically each month until you cancel. The price is shown before you subscribe: $19.99 a month, tax included (the price for United States). The price and the currency you pay in follow the country you are connecting from.
• A free trial is available only through an invite, once per account, for the number of days on the invite. No card is needed to start one and nothing is charged during it. You can subscribe at any time during a trial: the paid plan starts and is charged that day, and the rest of the trial ends. If you do not subscribe, your access stops when the trial ends.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments takes your payment details on its own checkout, makes the charge, collects any tax and sends your receipt; its own terms apply to the payment itself. Your card details never reach Floish.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings in the app. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: you keep access until then, nothing more is charged, and you can undo the cancellation any time before that day.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for a month you have only partly used. Because Floish is billed one month at a time and you can cancel whenever you like, cancelling simply stops the next charge. This does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
• If a payment fails, your access pauses until a payment goes through. If we change the price, we give you at least 30 days' notice by email before it applies to a renewal.

Acceptable use

• Use Floish for your own job search only. No scraping, automated access, bulk extraction or reselling of anything on the service, and no sharing of one account between people.
• No attempts to bypass sign-in, the subscription or any other protection, and no reverse engineering.
• Nothing unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules and block automated traffic without notice.

Job listings

Listings come from third parties and change constantly. We work to keep them current, but we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or still open, or that you will get an interview, an offer or a job. Employers' sites are not under our control.

Your content and ours

Your profile, record and notes are yours; you allow us only to store them and show them back to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. They stay with your account when a subscription ends, until you delete the account. Floish, its design and its collection of listings belong to us.

Liability

Floish is provided as it is. To the extent the law where you live allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions you make based on a listing, and any liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the relationship

You can cancel your subscription, stop using Floish, or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may stop offering the service or close accounts that break these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes go to the courts of India, except that consumers in the EU, the UK or anywhere else whose law lets them bring a claim at home keep that right.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above is the current version. For a change that matters, including any change to the price, we will tell you first. Continuing to use Floish after that means you accept it.
