Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Floish (https://floish.com), a job search tool that shows you openings matching the preferences you set. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. Floish is operated from India and used worldwide; nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer where you live.

What Floish is

• Floish collects job openings from employers' public career pages, sorts them with automated tools including AI, and shows you the ones that fit your profile.
• Floish is not an employer, recruiter or agency. We are not involved in any application, interview or offer. Applying happens on the employer's own site.
• Floish lets you keep a private record of what you applied to and how it went.

Your account

• You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. You must be at least 18 years old.
• Keep your sign-in email under your control; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give truthful information in your profile.

Price

Floish is free at present and collects no payment details. If we introduce paid plans we will announce them on the site first, update these terms and the pricing page, and never charge you for anything you did not explicitly sign up for.

Acceptable use

• Use Floish for your own job search only. No scraping, automated access, bulk extraction or reselling of anything on the service.
• No attempts to bypass sign-in or any other protection, and no reverse engineering.
• Nothing unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules and block automated traffic without notice.

Job listings

Listings come from third parties and change constantly. We work to keep them current, but we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or still open, or that you will get an interview, an offer or a job. Employers' sites are not under our control.

Your content and ours

Your profile, record and notes are yours; you allow us only to store them and show them back to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Floish, its design and its collection of listings belong to us.

Liability

Floish is provided as it is. To the extent the law where you live allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions you make based on a listing, and any liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the relationship

You can stop using Floish and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may stop offering the service or close accounts that break these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes go to the courts of India, except that consumers in the EU, the UK or anywhere else whose law lets them bring a claim at home keep that right.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above is the current version. For a change that matters we will tell you first. Continuing to use Floish after that means you accept it.
